Dailongfeng Press is created from Kayla’s process of publishing comic book Dailongfeng Restaurant in 2021. Since then Dailongfeng is a pseudonym for Kayla/ small press / publishing project of individual and collective comics, books, zines and more. 
Dailongfeng has no singular role / rule for publishing and is open to collaboration in different projects, taking on parts such as: concepting, drawing, authoring,&#38;nbsp;designing,  producing and distributing.Kayla is a Hongkongese comic artist and art director based in London.

	Kayla Lui (之) is a Hongkongese comic artist and art director based in London.&#38;nbsp;
After graduating from BA Illustration at Camberwell College of Arts, she participated in FEVER Comics Masterclass in Hong Kong Arts Centre and soon self-published her first comic book Dailongfeng Restaurant in 2021, which marked the beginnings of her independent comic and zine making practice. In her works she explores a tone of playful absurdity, and at times reflect themes of diaspora and subcultural identities. She is the recipient of the first frontline comics fellowship (2025).

作者之，香港人，目前定居別處，在一段對未來頗不確定的時間裡完成並小眾出版《大》，由漫畫混亂的對話與畫面反映出現實與荒謬的混雜，通通沒有答案。Sitting around a dining table in Dailongfeng Restaurant are hungry guests with one objective: to devour. Unfortunately, ill fate has brought a child to the table, who must escape from being included in the menu.
Kayla Lui is from Hong Kong and is currently residing elsewhere. She created and self-published Dailongfeng Restaurant during times of uncertain futures, when absurd realities with no singular interpretation are abstracted into one chaotic narrative.
